A day’s work in one quiet place. Nothing turns red.
A calm desktop workspace for your tasks, time, notes and files, kept on your own PC. What you’re doing today, the week ahead, the time you give it, the notes you keep and the files you work with — in one quiet place.

Most productivity tools run on pressure. This one deliberately doesn’t.
Three groups, not thirty deadlines
Today, this week, whenever. Move a task with one click. Nothing is ever marked late — a plan that slips is just a plan you move.
One task on screen at a time
Today shows one task at a time, with a short queue behind it and a single line you keep for the day. Start a 25-minute round, mark it done, or say “not now”.
Nothing to set up, nothing to sign in to
Install it and start typing. No workspace to build, no templates, no account. Your files stay in real folders on your disk, where they already are.
Plan, focus, keep — from one sidebar
Today, this week, whenever
Three groups: today, this week and whenever. Nothing turns red and nothing is ever “overdue” — just Later, or Put it on a day. Pop today’s list out as a widget that stays on top while you work in other programs.

Give a goal the hours it deserves
The timer works in rounds on a task from your list — 15, 25 or 45 minutes, with a break between. Give a goal the hours it deserves and watch the time add up: 50 minutes of 2 hours. Pop it out as a widget over whatever else you’re using.

Tasks not on a day yet, waiting below
See a day, a week, a month or a year. Add entries with a time and a place, and put tasks on the days you give them — anything not on a day yet waits in a row underneath. Click one, then click a day. Dragging works too.

Goals in steps. No deadlines, no streaks.
Goal Tracker breaks goals into steps. Tick them off when they’re done and the bar fills at your pace — no deadlines, no streaks, nothing telling you you’re behind.

Quick notes and a page for each day
Quick notes and a page for each day sit on one screen. Name a note and start it, or switch to the journal for today’s page. Both turn up in search.

The files for one job, in one small window
A desktop shortcut is a small window on your desktop that gathers the files for a piece of work, wherever those files live. Nothing is moved or copied, and removing a shortcut deletes nothing. Files keeps your documents in real folders on your disk — the four PARA folders or a three-folder layout.

People and links you’ll want again
Look up keeps the people and links you want to find again. Add them, change them and search them from one box — copy a link or open it in your browser.

One search box
One box in the sidebar searches tasks, days, notes, people, links, goals and filed documents at once.

Contact usWhere is my data stored?
On your own computer — an SQLite database plus ordinary folders on your disk. There is no account and no server, so nothing is uploaded, ever.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, completely. The only network activity is opening a saved link in your browser when you ask it to.
What happens when the trial ends?
Buy a licence to keep going, or export everything to CSV and Markdown and walk away. Your data is on your disk either way — nothing is held back.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. One licence, used for as long as you like, including updates to this version. No renewal and no card kept on file.
Does it move or reorganise my files?
No. Files shows your documents in real folders on your disk, and a desktop shortcut only shows files where they already are — nothing is moved or copied, and removing a shortcut deletes nothing.
Which systems and languages?
Windows 10 and 11, in English. If you'd like a macOS build, tell us — the waiting list decides what comes next.
